It just shows how hard work, tenacity and true love for the art gets you to the top of your game. Kudos to Toad the Wet Sprocket, and here’s to many more years of success and happiness to a well-deserved group of musicians who remain grounded throughout the journey (and not taking themselves too seriously). ![]() It says a lot when four high school friends can continue to keep the torch lit after 30-plus years of making music together, with only one lineup change. Readers and fans should appreciate that this band is extremely professional, articulate, and seriously passionate to the core. I wanted to give a shout out and special thanks to Glen Phillips for getting the ball rolling by introducing me to Dean Dinning, bassist for Toad the Wet Sprocket.
